A new stress media separator pad has been released for the following product series:

The design of this new media separator pad aims to reduce the number of ADF paper jams (e.g. error code 291.01) caused by multi-feeds especially with media that is difficult to separate (e.g. tri-folded previously stapled mixed media types etc.)
